At Kukoon Rugs, we want you to love your new home addition, which is why we offer a straightforward 60-day return policy for ultimate peace of mind. If your rug isn't the perfect fit, simply return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Rug

  Carefully re-roll your rug and wrap it securely in its original packaging or a heavy-duty equivalent to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Drop Off

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it clearly to the outside of the package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
